Structural characteristics of SMC / BMC / GMT / CFRP / LFT-D hydraulic press

a. The presses are all hydraulically driven, basically in the form of four-post, integral frame and split frame. Most of the large-scale high-precision equipment is a frame structure.

b. The rigidity is high, which can reach more than 1/8000, and it will reduce the influence of machine tool deformation on the parts by matching with the mold.

c. The frame-type guide rail adopts a heat radiation-resistant structure, which alleviates the influence of thermal deformation on the guide rail gap.

d. The oil-free lubricating guide plate is used to replace the traditional thin oil lubricating guide plate to avoid the damage to the environment and SMC raw materials and parts caused by the splashing and leakage of lubricating oil and evaporation.

e. Small presses are equipped with die-changing guide rails, and large presses can be equipped with a separate die-changing trolley structure, which is not connected and locked with the host machine and removed after the die is replaced.

Process characteristics of SMC / BMC / GMT / CFRP / LFT-D press

a. The slider’s down-travel speed is fast, mostly 200-500mm/s; the high-pressure stroke is small, the speed is slow, and the prepressing is generally 5-25 mm/s.

b. It has a large draft force, which can reach 1/5 of the total tonnage, and has a slow micro mold opening function to prevent the product from tearing and pulling.

c. The holding pressure (continuously pressurized) is stable, and some processes need to increase and release pressure quickly.

d. With multi-stage speed setting and stepless adjustment function, the speed, pressure, position, time and other parameters of pre-pressure, pressurization, holding pressure (continuous pressurization) can be freely set.

e. The mold heating device can be centrally controlled by the host and can set and display parameters.

f. It can be equipped with an option switch for automatic exhaust function.

g. The hydraulic electrical interface with the ejection function outside the machine can be interlocked with the host to facilitate the use of the mold with the ejection cylinder.
